I've had service on my 2010 Volkswagen CC completed at this dealership multiple times and have always had a positive experience. The last time I went, I knew I would need a loaner car, so I let John Holton, my service advisor, know and he had it ready when I arrived. All of the necessary services are fully completed and issues resolved - they even replaced a bulb without me needing to ask for free! I definitely recommend!
They were able to get me in on the morning I called, and although she initially thought the car would have to stay over the weekend, it ended up being ready that evening!
