I feel Service takes great care of my car. Always helpful and they understand how much I love my Jetta TDI. I keep the top of my engine really clean (whole car too). A while back I found the bottom of the engine was filthy. I told Alex it really bothers me to have a dirty engine on the bottom. I was so happy when the mechanic took the time to make the bottom of the engine as clean as the top. That is great service!

Kari was the best! She understood my urgency in regard to time, and rally gave her all to make sure the process went as fast as possible. She several times wnet to the shop to check on progress and then kept me updated. Definitly ask for Kari when pulling into the service drive.

my car-buying experience here was perfect. They did their best to get me any deals I qualified for as well. Also, as a veteran, I appreciate that they have veterans on their staff. Since I'm new to manual cars and got a manual car my sales rep showed me how to drive a manual and even drove the car back to my house so I could get home safely. When/If I get another Volkswagen I will be coming here

There were a couple of hiccups with finance and having the truck ready that prolonged the process, but overall a good experience. Logan was friendly and helpful and they even offered to get me a burger while I waited.

There was some confusion regarding the tire protection plan I purchased at the Hendricks Volkswagen since the systems don’t talk to each other and had I not remembered it would’ve cost me $280 out of pocket for the new tire. Service was overall good and Alex was easy to work with as well. But for every VW dealer in the country there should be a way for your systems to talk. To avoid the risk of charging people for things that are covered under plans they got at signing.
