I’ve been coming to this location for over 20 years and she is the first and only I’ve worked with that I truly feel like she cares about me and my car issues and trying to get a resolution. Although people were very nice and helpful, I did not expected to be charged a 3% fee for paying with a credit card. I wish I would had been told about this fee before getting the service so I could decide if I wanted to pay the fee or look for an alternate way of payment, especially since the company started this policy 2 or 3 days before my visit to the dealer.
